Pictures of MOW Unit #9703

The first two photos were taken in Petersburg. The guy in the second photo was someone my buddy Al and I ran into. He was also railfanning that day. There were also two others railfanning, too, one of which worked for CSX, but I did not get them in my photos. The third photo was taken underneath an I64 overpass in Richmond. We ended up chasing this train.
